He lay under the small rays of sun that shone through the tree's maze of leaves and branches. A soft song chiming through the forest, its tune a peaceful one. If his eyes weren't in so much pain he might have enjoyed the sound more, no more like because his eyes hurt he enjoyed it more. Just a few minutes ago he got himself into a fight he shouldn't have and lost his eye sight, and from there he just ran. Having nowhere to go and his wings ruined to the point where flight was just some dream that would be attainable once they had healed he arrived at the haven he was in now.
"Your warmth encasing me, the winter killing me. The creatures hide but you deny to watch your warmth encasing me"
She stopped her singing and let her other sense take over. She had failed to realize that there was someone with her, hiding perhaps? No if he were hiding he would do a better job at it. She let her eyes wash over her surrounding until she spotted a red butterfly wolf laying in the distance. His appearance made it obvious he was hurt, and his eyes looked like they were scarred for life. She glided softly over toward him giving him a good look over.
"Mystic" she whispered
"What?" he made an attempt to look in her direction
"My name" her voice danced in his head
"Blood"
"Excuse me?" she muttered angrily
"My name" he smiled trying his best to sound charming in his situation
"Oh...well then Blood; let me teach you how to see without your eyes"
