Both 5. I just noticed this, but the bottom left of your icon is pixelated unless that was the way it was intended to be. Either way, it would look much better without it. The general quality is also rather iffy. As for your signature: the top GIF's text is too small for my liking and, additionally, it's blurry. Taking a closer look, the bottom GIF may be inappropriate for CS. I'm assuming thats a load of alcohol they're consuming. This website is supposed to be child friendly. Alcohol consumption is not child friendly. Overall, it's just bland, dull, and empty. I have nothing against monochrome signatures, but the extra space could be used to your advantage. The font used for the header text is mediocre. It would probably be better if you manufactured your own dividers instead of using unicode. Quotes would stand out better using your own fonts.
