a: 8; ngl looks sorta plain and lacking in contrast.
s: 6; the borders are... really odd. I don't know what to say. The upper border should be at least completed. Having that blank space there ruins it. This is personal preference, but I really think it's better to make your own borders. There's really no consistent color scheme. The picture of the wolf on the right should be moved down a bit to maintain the balance of the signature. The font is mediocre, in my opinion and the quote's pretty blunt. It's not spaced well either. I'm also not much of a fan of that faded edges thing you got going on there.

I don't know but the signature just doesn't seem appropriate..
(mainly referring to the bottom gif. Other then that, it's a very well layed out signature)

avatar is a ten, signature is a six. the borders are a bit too short and the choice of colors of the font don't...really...fit?
