Okay, so I had a horse riding lesson Monday, and we had a new instructor.
By the end of the lesson I was crying. I wasn't in my usual class, and all of the people in the class were adults. The instructor was awful, and expected me to know as much as them. She shouted at me, screamed at me, and wanted me to know everything about the class even though I've never been before.
While we were cantering, she gave us all very complicated instructions, and I was going last. I had forgotten some of them by the end, and when I asked her if she could repeat, she said no.
All of my confidence in my horse back riding is gone, and I don't think I have what it takes to have a career involving horses anymore.
Can I just have a hug? I can't get what she said out of my mind.

We had this little ball we were throwing around in the sea, and at one point dad threw it way too deep and then was like "go get it Zan" because I'm the only one who can swim.
We were about neck-deep in the water, and the ball was a good 20-30 meters away. As in, deeper.
Not to mention the wind was literally pushing it away a good meter every 3 or 4 seconds.
I freaking swim to get it, get cramps, feel like passing out, after like 10 minutes of fighting the stream I finally manage to get the ball and come back until it's shallow enough to reach the ground, so I throw the ball to them and just try to stop my shaking and catch my breath. (I was sooo tired)
And then, what does dad do?
He throws the ball right in my face.
And then, he laughs.
Thanks, dad.
I hoped that maybe for once you'd be proud of me but
I guess not.
I guess I'm still not good enough.

I guess I'm still not good enough.I'm really sorry</3 I can definitely see how you would feel in this situation, and I would probably feel that way too. But maybe your dad just meant it as a joke, or just in fun. He's your dad, I'm sure he has at least some affection for you, though it may not seem that way. Just try to let little things like this go, don't dwell over it<3
