It's definitely unfair to then, but I've seen them go for more. Bunnies are hard to trade off sometimes, too.

I would tentatively say unfair to you. The cocoon costs four map pieces - you can only get these one at a time, unlike in bulk, as with the bricks - and there is a fairly low chance of getting it as there are lots of other pets obtainable from trading in maps. Unless you really need the bricks, of course.
