I am pretty sure I have gotten bricks today, so yes.

Yes, you can get them at the rubble pile still, but they may be a little rarer now as less people need them apparently due to the new pets available c;

Bad thing is I traded a ton of bricks in and relics and still got doubles. Gotta focus on the queen pets first.
