Not really my tastes; and a little simple; but he really tells an interesting story. His personality is very evident in his design-and thats rarely seen nowadays I've noticed xD
The scar and tattoos are a nice touch; but his hair feels a little unfitting in the overall look.

Sorry but I don't really like her design. It's a bit plain and humans with ears and tails is seen so often I sort've got a bit tired of seeing them. I do like the color choice you had though, it reminds me of a chocolate store ;v; {PS: Her dress is really pretty as well! Great job! She would get a better rating for everything but I'm not too fond of humans with animal parts, but otherwise I'm dying to have her!}

My new unnamed Canine Mixed Mutt?

He is yet to be named! Suggestions are welcomed for now,
though I'd like to stay on the pronounceable side, but
I want the names to have good, deep, or one or the other,
