There is one stamp that you earn by trading in map pieces for the event (I'm not sure if it's still available,) but otherwise yes, the stamps are free and all set for you to use whenever you want.

If this is a spot where suggestions can be made to the stamps, could you put different anime'manga stamps and books in it, too? I'd love to see four-spot Bleach graphics!

Fandom stamps can't be made due to copyright issues.
But please note that we are not using any graphics made by other people, so we can't accept stamps that you found on other websites or stamp ideas which rely on copyrighted material like pictures from movies/TV shows.

could be I <3 superheroes (there were superhero costumes released as part of last year's halloween event)

In Personality > Colors, I notice there isn't a "I <3 White" yet. May we please have an "I <3 White" stamp? As someone who hoards white pets, I'm a bit upset that this colour is missing.

I guess since we have a Prussia flag in the store, they figured they may as well turn it into a stamp with the other countries. ^^ I love it.
