The War of Dawn & Dark~Wings Of Fire~Accepting

(I'm gonna join, but I have to make characters... and thier pictures.)

Starsong looked around, wondering if any dragon heard her. It was most unlike her nature to wait for help to arrive, but she was stuck on the branch. She scrabbled up to the branch and perched on it, her wing still caught on it. She fidgeted her claws, almost falling snout-first on the leafy ground.

Stardust saw the branch was through the NightWings wing, and she knew it had to hurt. She slowly turned from leafy green to a dull spring green. She wasnt sure how the NightWing would react, or what side it assumed she was on.

I decided that color would be caution. Between fear and irritation.))

Starsong nearly toppled off the branch as she saw leaves change color. She was agitated, another dragon was here and it wasn't helping her. "SHOW YOURSELF, COWARD! COME OUT AND FACE ME!" Starsong shouted.

(So much for pictures... I can't figure out how to overlay the dragon's outlines and I can't make the types of dragons with dragon creators...)


Ember's scales shimmer red in the dying light of day, orange in the full sun, and yellow during sunrise. Sometimes, deep into winter, the tips of her scales, instead of being gold like most SkyWings, are a frosty blue. Her eyes are amber with a touch of gold flecking her brilliant orbs. She certainly is a beautiful SkyWing, but beware, she's not looking to settle down.

Personality: Her beauty isn't only scale deep unless you get on her bad side, where it turns into a mess of anger, ridicule, and sharp comments. However, normally her temper isn't easily toppled unless war strikes, where she's a machine ready to destroy. Her side is her loyalty, nothing more.

A lighter blue that most NightWings, he's slightly odd looking and is not as good at hiding in the dark. Unlike all other NightWings he's seen, though, he has the star scales on both sides of his wings, giving away his position further. He has strong, well toned muscles, brown eyes, and slightly blurred vision -though it doesn't affect him much.

Personality: Scrollkeeper's the sort of nerd in the NightWing kingdoms, finding scrolls and inscriptions far more interesting than fighting or battling other dragons. However, he still does have to battle if needed and does a good job at it. Though he may be what others call a nerd, the other NightWings seem to respect him more than that, as he's good at fighting.

Queen Tundra, also known as Tundra, is a white IceWing with sharp features. A star and stripe of ice blue flashes down her snout. Her eyes, like her markings, are blazing blue and glinting. The arch of her neck is greater than most, and her tail is longer. The spikes jutting down her back are the same blue as her eyes with dark ends.

Personality: Ruling her kingdom with full heart, she does what she thinks is best for her tribe and not herself. She will, though, try to manipulate other queens to do her bidding, if she can, and has a rather sly personality if she needs it. Most of the time she's loyal and will protect her kingdom with her life.

Being a dark blue that often changes with the light, Alpine blends in easily with his icy surroundings. The end of his tail, along with the spikes running down his back, are always the deepest blue.

Personality: Rough around the edges and nearly without heart, Alpine can be a strong, harsh, and strict dragon to have to deal wing. The look in his eyes can make many a dragon shrink away and he's quick to flash back at you if you disobey his command, if he has any command. While being the Queen's mate, he's not often in lead when battle strikes, as he's been known to make rash decisions.

A deep sea green with aqua colored glowing spots down the lengths of his neck, sides, wings, and tail, he's a rather normal looking SeaWing. His eyes are a darker hazel and constantly changing in the light.

Personality: Playful and enigmatic, Tide is one always in to have some fun. He'll try to befriend any dragon he can. But beyond his overjoyful personality, there's a deeper loyalty. He's there to fight besides the dragons of his side when they need him and will gladly sacrifice himself for his queen.

An amber color with gold tips on her scales, she's a sight to make many a dragon gawk. Her claws, on her request, were dipped in molten gold and hardened over with it. Small scars ripple across her barbed tail as in a fight 7 moons ago she'd almost lost the poisonous barb. She has her own treasure trove, apart from Queen Poison's, and is a rogue in nature, hiding herself from the SandWing kingdom yet wreaking havoc on it when she can.

Personality: She's never too far from sacrificing other dragons' lives for her own and loves to fight in battle. Her bloodlust is as strong as her will to survive and yet she has a conscious. She does not kill if not absolutely needed, but does like to scare as well as cause trouble.

Flash is always shifting her colors, but typically stays a steady orange with white and yellow spots and stripes. Her eyes are, oddly, also shifting colors, from red, to yellow, to blue, to even purple sometimes.

Stardust felt anger flash through her as her talons and wings turned blood red and her tail black. She lashed her tail. "Fine. I'm not the one with her wing stuck on a tree." Stardust debated leaving, but decided against it, as she flew up closer to the branch to see how she could help.
