for the first time in my life, tears welled up in my eyes. It was her idea to chase off the Kittypet, and now it's killed her. I snarled at the Kittypet and I shouted "you did this! You killed her! If you hadn't come here in the first place, she wouldn't be dead! How many other cats do you plan to kill before you leave!?" If I could've walked, I would've gone over to the Kittypet and shredded his ears, but Hawklegs filled in for the medicine cat at the moment and he put herbs on my paw.

I spoke in a weary voice as I spoke,"good bye, to both of you", I sat willow down by the entrance, as I licked her forehead,"I give you my gradutude and sencere apoligies, to both of you", I walked up to the other cat as I dipped my head and left and gave a deep sigh "I ment no harm but this certainly makes me regretful, I never bargarined for them to come after me when I was leaving", I lept up in the trees as I padded away and covered my scent so I wasn't reconized anymore, I tore off the color, as I looked in the frozen lake to see a scar on my flank, I sighed as I was totally different now, the scraches left scars on my back, I wasn't who I was anymore,I sighed who am I now?
