Softpaw padded quickly towards her mentor. She sat down, her cream and black splotched face beaming with joy.

Smokestar decided to begin. He knew Brackenflame would return with Brokendream. "Today I am welcoming a cat into our clan. A cat who lives here- in camp- that some of you, most of you, have never seen before. Her name is Brokendream. Several moons ago, when I was nearly a warrior, foxes attacked our camp." Smokestar's eyes narrowed, remembering the attack. "There were far to many foxes. Several cats were killed, and severely wounded. Among these cats was Owlkit. She suffered wounds that no cat has here. Both physical and mental wounds. She was ignored, to the point of her leader giving her a new name. Brokendream. Today, I'm going to make her the warrior she deserves to be."

Briarstar curled herself up in her nest and placed her long fluffy tail over her pink nose. Sleep found her quickly, along with pleasant dreams.

Hawkwing burried the rabbit remains and made his way to the warriors' den, where he laid in his nest, far from the other nests. Sleep found his as well, though not as fast as some; his dreams were as not as pleasant, nightmares and memories of Kylie haunted his thoughta.

Honeypaw could see she wasn't going to be finding Shadedpaw so instead she just settled down in the back of the clan watching her leader.

Sleepbelly looked up, actually suprised about the information. He looked around for Beokendream, before shifting his gaze back up at his leader.

Fawnpaw curiously couldn't take her eyes off her leader. A warrior that was completely ignored? She shuddered, hoping that didn't happen to her.

[spooky,]

"We're late!" Brackenflame hissed, and shepherded Brokendream to the front. He pressed his pelt against hers, then purred softly," This is your warrior ceremony. Be proud Brokendream, and hold your head high."

Brokendream glanced around as Brackenflame ushered her out. Some clanmates gave her glares, while other only nodded or smiled. Brokendream quivered slightly, but she lifted her head to stare at Smokestar.

"Brokendream. Please step forward." Smokestar meowed. She did. "Several moons ago, you were given your name. Today, I am her to make you a warrior. I, Smokestar, Leader of LionClan, call my warrior ancestors to look upon this cat. She has followed you nobel code, while being outcasted all the while. I would like to make her the warrior she should be." Smokestars voice rang out as he spoke. "Brokendream. Do you promise to uphold the warrior code, even if it costs you your life?"
Brokendream meowed,"I do."
"Then by the powers of Starclan, I give you your official warrior name. From this moment on you will be known as Owlheart." Smokestar finished. He just down and rested his muzzled on Brokendream's head. She licked her shoulder in returned, and they both backed up.

When Brokendream returned, Brackenflame purred, seeing her so happy. "Well done, Brokendream, or should I say, Owlheart now. You're a real warrior from now on. "

Broken- no, Owlheart's eye was glowing. She was trying her best not to look at all of the cats. "T-thank you." She meowed. She looked happier then she had in a long time.

Smokestar nodded. "Meeting dismissed!"

Nightpaw meowed to Rose as they left,"I was hoping you'd ask to stay."

(Smokestar open.)

Rose smiled, "I didn't want to seem needy at first."

"How would you come off as needy?" Nightpaw meowed, walking back towards the medicine den.
