Timer is halfway correct - I spent quite a while taking a break and watching videos and stuff. I'd say she took from 2-3 hours.
I haven't used oekaki in so long, then I go and make a super complicated design right off the bat. ;A;

Notes:
-Female
-Made completely of different shades from one color of blue
-Markings only appears to glow
-Based slightly off a snow-leopard
-Sassy, has low self-esteem problems, clumsy, short temper, WIP

I think I'll be going with the name Hanabi, meaning fireworks (thanks cyril.!), but any other name suggestions will still be appreciated ;v;

I made her spots by making circle/oval figures, erasing out the insides of the larger ones with the soft eraser, and using a lot of the airbrush (going over each smaller spot with the airbrush). For the glowing markings I just made the markings, then used the same color with the airbrush over all the previous marks and set it to "add." uwu
