Briarstar had saw Hawkwing headed for the fresh-kill pile and leapt down to tell him about the rabbit. Nearing him she realized Koitail and Spyrostripe were fighting, ashamed that she had been too deep in thought to see her clan fighting against each other. "Stop it." She almost hissed as them changing her course, "What is this about?" She demanded.

Well, this cat! Wished the fox had come and attacked me, called me ugly and disrespected the medcine cat when I said little to no words to her! she hissed slightly trying to calm her nerves

Redstorm greeted rose with a short nod, tendon to her wounds quietly before sending he off with a flick of his tail, disappearing into his den.

Nightpaw shrugged. "I've never been told. Some say there was legendary cats- lions and tigers! Cheetahs! And they were our first. We're named after them, after all. Some say other things. But I know we've been here for a while. When I see Starclan in my dreams, sometimes there are cats who are so transparent they're like a shadow or mist."

Koitail was about to growl something back, when Briarstar arrived. Embarrassment flooded through her. "I'm sorry if we were loud, Briarstar." Koitail murmured, but her gaze grew cold as she glared at Spyrostripe, angered at what she said. "Well, it attacked you! I never said I wished it happened! I never said anything to Redstorm- so keep him out of it. How am I supposed to say anything nice to you, only when you've never been nice to me!" Koitail growled, her trust hurt.

"That's amazing.." Rose breathed in a sigh, "Well since I'm healed now I have to go to Briarstar's den. Is Redstorm coming with me or are you?"

Briarstar glared at the two of them, "Windstream is dead and you two can not put aside your quarrels to mourn her for one night?" The Leader was furious though she had over reacted, "I have a meeting to conduct, I will deal with you two later." With a glanced at the quickly moving moon Briarstar leapt back up onto high cliff for the third time that night, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here below high cliff for a clan meeting." Taking a deep breath she knew her choice now.
