If you switch, you're body will change to what the doppelgänger looks like in its human form. A doppelgänger can shift to look different ages and into pretty much anything, but when they are in a host all they can transform into is their human self, of course they still can change their age, but most tend to make themselves the same age as the host, it's easier to manage that way"
