Yes, you're right that 。is the equivalentof the English fullstop.
、is used for listing things. It may be quite complicated since English uses the comma for both listing and tobreak up sentences, but here are some examples:
After I ate lunch, I took a shower.
吃完了午餐,我去冲凉。
He is wearing red, blue, yellow, green and white clothing.
他在穿红、蓝、黄、绿和白色的衣服。
Note the differences in the use of , and 、while Englishuses , for both cases.
Hope I could help, and if you have any otherquestions I'lldo my best to explain.
加油!

Sorry, I am on my other computer now and I dont want to type chinese on my laptop cause it is quite hard to tyep...
Anyways, I understand that secondary school life is hard, because I am one. Those homework, projects, and other schoolwork is the hardest fact that you can get over with in school. I can truly understand that. But now, since summer holiday had passed about 1/3 of the time, what did you guys do?
(I am sorry if my grammar, vocabulary isn't that good because English isn't my first language... I am currently trying to improve it by joining different kinds of RolePlay)

(Lucky kitten, don't worry about your English! My chinese grammar and vocab sucks.
Which isn't helpful when you live in Hong Kong!) 我參加了SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) 的暑期班 - 很好玩,交了許多新朋友!n-n
除了那樣,上網玩Chickensmoothie、擔心下學期的來臨...
