Her name: Gloria, because Gloria is a fantabulous name.
Why does she like ribbons? or how many ribbons does she have? ALL OF THEM! Gloria hoards ribbons and will put them in her giant collection. So far she has gathered 23,047 different ribbons.

Her name is Sylph.
Sylphs are described as mythical beings of the air. Call me childish, but I love Pokemon, and her design reminds me a lot of Sylveon. Pink with bows... The resemblance is pretty similar. Sylveon' name is a combination of the words 'sylph' and 'eon,' so voila! Instant name!

Gloria likes ribbons due to the fact that they are so diverse, just like her. It seems her favorite ribbons are the ones with silky fabric, or so they say. She wears ribbons around her neck to signify this, and if she let you touch her ribbons you would notice they all have that silky feel to them. Sadly, she doesn't let very many touch her ribbons, and so very few get to feel the fabric she has. Your probably thinking- "can't I just buy those kinds of ribbons?" Well, the answer is no. She makes them herself, which is why you won't find that style in stores anymore.
