Why do you want to be an artist? I ALWAYS wanted to be an artist and i really want to help this grow!
Can you animate? No :c i hope thats fine if i can't
Can you make images transparent? Yes and can crop
What art program do you use? Oekaki/ chibipaint
Can you upload images to a image hosting site?(imgur,photo bucket, and tiny pic?) yes 100%
Will you read an follow out rules? yes
Will you tell me if you cannot make the required litters/ your retiring. yes!
Other? nope
*side note before uploading you need to change the image to format=Png and size=medium before you crop the bks* (understood)
