Hello. My name is Chiisai Ryuu. But I have a great feeling we'll be friends, so you can call me Chii. Hi! With a tilt of my head I raise a hand softly in a slow wave. Ever since I was little, i've been a natural in the water. From toilet bowls to oceans, i'm a master at the doggy paddle! Being by the beach might bring up a love for sand.. and I must say I agree! I personally love the feeling of tiny grains slithering through my fingers, don' t you?

My dream has been to become a Marine Biologist; i'm facinated by all things water. I bet you are too, with you being by the beach and all I love learning about plankton, deep sea creatures and more! A personal favorite of mine are mollusks, which rsnge from octopus to giant clams. Although the job is quite tedious and even gross or weird at times, it really is worth it to me to be living the dream. I could go on blabbering about it for hours, but I have a feeling that wouldn't be too fun, now would it?

I love cats, and I bet you would too when you hatch. Both dogs and cats are great though, whichever one your turn out resembling. If you actually do end up looking like either of those domestic comrades, heh. Your tail sounds like a canine feature, for cats only wag when angry. But i'm very sure that no cat will be wagging around you! Youre sure to be a sweetheart. When you hatch, I bet you'll be a loyal companion, who is not afraid to flaunt their bright colors, just like me.

I bet you like water, right? Most dogs and cats don't like baths though.. well neither do I. I grin gently with a small chuckle. Showers are just as worse, but we can compromise, can't we? You'll get clean one way or the other. Even as an egg you match me to a "T", I just know it.

Can you hear me from the inside of your shell? Well if you do, I hope you don't mind if I just babble away. Anyways, I'm rabbit448, but people usually cut off the 448 part, so rabbit is just fine. I think it would be wonderful to have you as a friend!

Hmmm... they say you shouldn't judge a creature by it's appearance, but I think that your egg definitely would give a bit of yourself away. What the egg looks like a spiral shell to me, maybe you love to collect them or possibly you like to listen to them - if you have ears that is. Perhaps you like to collect things in general? Pick up anything that catches your eye? If so, underwater diving seems like something you would do. Seeing that you were found on the beach, you might like to go explore things underwater. We could be diving buddies when you grow up, (if you do happen to like it). There would be many places to explore, from caves to sunken ships. Finding unique fish and interesting trinkets. Well for that you might need gills or a scuba tank and a light source, but planning could come later.

You look like the sort of egg that will be fun and springy with a sweet personality, or you could walk down a different path and be a fiery spitfire with a bright soul. Maybe, little creature you will be both! Complex, with the looks to match. Warm and cool colours mixed to create a lasting impression on someone else, or maybe a design to sum up your intricate personality. The possibilities are endless if you have an imaginative mind, which I hope you do.

Now about that tail ... a wagging tail? Do you wag it in peace or is that a warning sign that I should take notice of? Either or, I hope it's a nice long tail. Something that could be decorated with things. Perhaps we could walk along the beach and collect some gleaming shells to decorate it. We could string them together and weave it in. Or maybe we could go diving and find trinkets to decorate it with.

Uneasily you touch your egg for the first time, and whisper what you wish to tell it.


"Hey there little-- er, maybe not so little egg! Definitely the biggest of the bunch here, eh? Wonder if that'll carry over when you hatch! I like your spots, especially the blue, it's so pretty! And the pink and blue together, it's kind of like cotton candy actually. I like your little hair tufts too, kinda like a mane... heh, wouldn't that be funny, if you were some kind of little lion-creature? But that's really just me guessing there, those could be feathers or flexible spines or who knows what!

Whatever you wind up being, I'm getting a bit of a feminine vibe here, it's more than I got from the last egg anyway; but again, that may just be me guessing. It's okay if you're a little timid, too-- I'm pretty shy myself, we can spend all day just hiding in a blanket fort or something if that makes you feel comfortable! Or... whatever really, I'm pretty easygoing! But hey, maybe you'll be a bit braver than me? Maybe a bit more likely to speak up if you're unhappy or uneasy, I wouldn't want to accidentally make you too shy! Or too mean... or spitting... uh... no, no, lesson learned from the last egg; if you're going to breathe out anything... I dunno. Bubbles. Cotton candy. Cotton candy bubbles. Or just... y'know, air, that's also a pretty good one!

Hey there, little egg.. I'm not very sure if you can hear me in there - I might sound a bit crazy talking to you like this - but here goes nothing.. I, err, really hope I'm not scaring or hurting you, but you might be scaring me a little! I can't help but feel uneasy and wary around you, but it might just be me, right? I'm not so sure..

I just love those feathers of yours, most definitely! Are you some sort of part bird-like creature, magical deity, beautiful chimera, or what? No matter what you are I'll still do my best to keep you safe and out of harm, I'll care for you and love you to the end if you're okay with that!
I'm not very sure of your gender yet, are you a xe, she, or he? I guess I'll have to find out when you hatch, I really don't mind what you are as long as we can be friends. Until then I'll call you a xe, I guess, if that's okay with you as well. I can't wait to get to see you hatch, you're sure to look and be amazing!

I don't mind your personality being whatever you want it to be as long as you promise not to scare or hurt me in particular - if you do hatch to be a bit scary, I'm fine with that! Just think of all the fun we could have scaring other people, but also don't forget how that could make them feel - be sure you really want that before you step down that path to evil. Being respectful also has it's perks, as in other people will respect you back. You seem to scare people a little bit right now, but it's not too late to change if you want. It's your choice, though, and I respect whatever decision you make <3
Maybe you'll like zoology, just like me! I hope to be a big cat zoologist someday, if you'd be interested maybe you can help me sometime? We can work together as a team maybe. What's your favorite animal? I know mine has to be a cheetah, but I love birds and tigers as well! Your markings remind me of stripes. Hopefully I can get to know you after you hatch - do you like birds too?
