Ciqala looked up at the sun, which was barely visible behind the distant mountains. The fields where flooded with red and orange as night began to fall. She lay down and rolled in a sandy spot then moved to a grassier area and lay down.

Robin flinched as Okapi kicked out at him, one of her hooves grazing his shoulder, not causing damage but leaving a remarkably annoying sting. The stallion galloped towards her, stopping in front of her, trying to keep her away from the river so that he wouldn't have to follow her through it. He snorted and snapped his teeth, trying to snake her away.

Giving her a reassuring smile, he lipped her forelock, "Nice to meet you Summer, I'm Ezra." He greeted, bending down to graze for a bit to fulfill his energy, slapping his tail against his side's.

Pyro wasn't sure what to do, this mare didn't seem interested in him at all. Every time he'd move to her, she would go away. Pinning his ears, he shook his head and looked around. He didn't want to leave the mare, especially when she was with a filly and not protected. But she didn't seem interested at all. Turning away, he began grazing further away to see if she would follow. Obviously not, but it was worth a try.

The mare squealed as he cut in front of her. Whipping around, she bucked at him harder again, before galloping up the hill. Trying to direct where he wanted her to go, while she pranced along the bank, looking for another escape. She looked down to the river, if she was lucky enough, the mare could find a shallow spot in the river and she could gallop full speed down through it. But she HAD to be fast enough. And she wasn't having luck finding a safe spot. So she continued pacing along the bank, as fast as she could without galloping.

He nickered and totted after her, trying to mover her away from the bank, as he knew she would try to cross when she got the chance. He trotted up to her side, keeping pace with her, and nipped her, trying to push her away from the bank.

Though Nala wasn't going to give her position up very easily. Pinning her ears, Nala trotted up to Snowflake, her head held high to show her dominance.

Summer nodded. "Ezra." She repeated with a nod of approval. "That's a fine name." The palomino lowered her head to graze beside him.
