Alright. If you know Woofles and TBNRFrags, then you would o know they have a server called Factions. I'm on the labs and alien planet with the faction name Nikons. I'm the only one and I have a VERY secret/secluded base and I'm liking for TWO people to join me. If you would like to join, shoot me a pm. Whats your budget? I can give you a good recommendation based on that.

I'd prefer not to spend more than 500 USD on a computer or laptop but can pay more if needed, especially if the device is very high-quality.

I bought my laptop for just over $500 (like, $520 or so?) and it runs Minecraft perfectly! My old computer barely got 5 fps on the lowest graphics on MC, this one can play it at highest settings and the render distance 10 chunks or probably a little higher at a steady 30-40 fps, no lag whatsoever on single player. Also great with other games- I can run Assassin's Creed Brotherhood at almost highest graphic setting and still get no lag.

It's an version of the Acer Aspire. I'd recommend it! I abuse my poor thing with tons of programs open and doing things like recording games or whatnot yet it still powers through. There's a bunch of different versions for various prices with various specs, but all the pricing is reasonable for what you get out of it IMO.

Ah, I use an Acer Aspire as well, and it does just what yours does! Runs Minecraft nicely, if I do say so myself. I haven't tried running Assassin's Creed on it, though - didn't even know a PC version existed o_O However, I do run the South Park game on it just fine as well, and I abuse the poor thing with many programs as well. The only thing you might want to watch is the temperature. My Acer has issues with getting overly hot, and apparently that's a flaw with the Aspire that I have, however it hasn't gotten to the point where it melts the plastic (to my knowledge, I haven't smelled or seen anything off) and that's with it being broken. (Poor thing is falling apart at one side)
So yes, Acer Aspires are amazing computers, I love mine, just don't drop it

Aah yeah, that's something I forgot about- if I run a graphic intense game like Assassin's Creed for too long, it will heat up a toooonn. Any regular program it stays relatively cool at, but I found that out when I played an older favorite game of mine with older graphics (Starwars Battlefront 2) for a good two hours straight, and didn't realize how hot it was getting until my hand brushed above the keys- it was burning up. No melted plastic, and I haven't dropped mine too badly yet (a couple of short distance slips here and there....) but other than that I haven't had any problems.

I got an hp envy desktop and on 1.6.4 it would cap out on around 120 fps. Now its max is around 70-80ish. All I need is a better graphics card.

So, the main point of Aspires are that they are great computers, just keep it on a hard, flat surface so it can breathe properly, and you'll have yourself a great computer for running Minecraft or any game it can handle

Also, looking for people to join our faction~ We're the most powerful faction on our server, but we want more power for more land, so even if you join for a day and never return, it'll be appreciated~ PM if you're interested. Also, unfortunately, there is now a fee in place if you wish to join our faction, and another if you want to live in our apartments/make your own house. It's to... discourage raiders.

insanely big and we ended up burning down the whole thing.So,we were
screaming and burning things and stealing stuff..and the fac's owner
happens to log on and he's a server admin. o.o So now,we are being hunted
by an admin. Great. I've claimed my whole house,locked everything,but im still
worried. He cant use his admin powers to kill us,but im scared he might.
Any ideas? TeefusCraft. I'm Epic_jinx. Chain is suppose to become a mod,
so they'll be evenly matched.

Try allying the faction. That way, they won't try to hunt you down. Even try giving some of their stuff back. c:

This will not work for me. Hes abusing his admin privleges by teleporting to me while im in my house. So now he knows where my base is, and hes being quite a lare BUTTHEAD. He also spawned a glass cage around his faction which is also abusing his power. I dont care if he destroys my base 20 times I will never ally him. [Supposed to all be in italics.]
