Leafblaze woke up feeling terrible. She stumbled out of the den and sat down wincing in pain.

Mistrain//Shadekit//Ivykit
Mistrain emerged cautiously from the apprentice's den with Shadekit and Ivykit following her, all three cats casting wary glances at the broken ground under their paws as they moved into the open. Mistrain sat down and gazed uncertainly around the clearing;; her two kits sitting quietly for once a short distance away.

Echostar came out of her den, eyes heavy, "One of Birchfires kits died in the earthquake, we just now found her body." She moaned. She shook her head, "So much damage has fallen onto this camp. First Sandclaw, then some of Birchfires kits, and now and earthquake. And now theres a shortage of water, and some cats are mysteriously falling ill. I don't know what im supposed to do, nothing like this has happened in Clan history..."
EchoStar dropped her head, ears back, her tail was low. No cat has ever seen her so depressed.

Leafblaze grunted and painfully limped to the medicine den.

Breezepaw walked out of the apprentice den. "What's going on? Why is Leafblaze headed to the medicine den?" He asked Mistrain.

Mistrain turned to face Breezepaw. "I think she twisted her paw in the earthquake." she replied. "Perhaps it still isn't healing properly."


Shadekit//Ivykit
Seeing Mistrain's attention turned to Breezepaw, Shadekit and Ivykit scampered over to the miserable-looking Echostar. "It's okay, Echostar! You're our leader, so StarClan will show you what to do!" Shadekit squeaked earnestly, trying to be helpful. Ivykit glanced away, looking unsure at her brother's words. "We're not leaving the camp though, are we, Echostar?" she mewed hesitantly, hoping she didn't make Echostar feel worse.
