Uh...... If I can just say a few things about the name.

I can see where Traum got the name Bucky from, because she did base it off of him. And then there's also this major thing:

What is your foxers full name?

Bucky;; Eae Winchester-Holmes. Call me Eae and I'll cut you.
Nimrah;; Nimrah Alexa Dray. Never refer to me by that, however.

It's found in the fanclub. Even though he doesn't go by Eae Yowzah you did kind of say that's his real name so to Traum this foxer's real name would be Bucky instead of James, which would be perfectly fine in the archives from what I know. And you did kind of told the fanclub that is his name now. He just goes by Bucky for a nickname.

I can see why you would be mad though. You named your custom Bucky first and in your eyes she copied you. But here's the thing... Even though the rules say to have a unique name for your foxer there are a few foxerflies with the same name and everyone has been fine with it until now. And it's not that YOU made the word Bucky trademarked.

There's the 2 hugos, the 2 jacks, 2 aeros, and probably a few other foxerflies named the same.

I'm just stating the facts. I just think that if Traum wants to name him Bucky, then it should be fine to name her custom Bucky if she desires...
