If you are asking how to put your stamps below forum posts, it is the same as with signatures with minor edits to the wording; on your profile page, next to "YOUR STAMP COLLECTION', there are two options, 'Edit' and 'Click to display your Stamp Collection under forum posts'. Click the second option.
