I just make a new layer to color it on and name it "Colors"

How do I pick one of the items (collars, mouths, ect.) to add? I can't seem to figure that out.

first you click on the layer you want
Second you click the move tool
Third you drag the one you want on the cat
Fourth you use the eraser tool to erase what you don't want

It won't turn white on this. I tried and it just erased. Note;; don't tick the lock alpha box
