Samantha heard Grant and swiftly walked over to him. She sat down in a chair that was beside Grant and gave him a sympathetic smile. "Any news on what's wring?" She asked with her eyes filled with worry. She saw him looking at the door and she felt bad. What could she do to make this better? She hoped and prayed the pup would be on. She knew how bad it would hurt her if one of her animals were hurt. She put her hand on his shoulder trying to confurt him. She could hear all the animals barking and meowing some birds chirping and she blocked it all out so that she could hear what was going to happen to her dear friends pup.

Emily sighed and nodded." Snore? I don't snore." She said. She blushed and sat down. She slowly started to eat. It was pretty good." Thank you Matt..this is amazing!" Added Emily sweetly. She quickly finished and smiled brightly at him before getting up. She quickly did the dishes then sat back down with Matt." How's you family babe?" She said. She glanced around the room then looked back at him, (wb)

Matthew smiled proudly at Emily's comment, "Thanks hun." he said in his accent. Matthew helped with the dishes, then sat back down, Emily soon following. He shrugged a bit, not putting much thought to his answer. "They've been good. Had better times with the ranch, the cattle aren't doing too well. Summer has dried up all their food, but my family is great. You?" he asked after his long winded answer. He didn't mean to talk that much, he cold just spill his complications, and everything else out to Emily.

Emily smiled brightly and nodded understandingly as she listened to him."oh the family is good I guess. Ryan and his wife had a maybe and my other brother is getting married so that just leaves me I guess. So I don't know." She said with a shrug. She yawned and got up to get a drink of water then sat back down near Matt. She was confused by her family sometimes. She would have mentioned her older sister but she hadn't heard from her in a while too busy she guessed.

Grant just shook his head as Samantha approached and asked him the question. He folded his hands and kept glancing around, hoping that his dear dog would be alright, would be just fine. He kept telling himself he was only sick, just a dog cold that would come around every once and a while. HE looked at the people entering with their animals. Cats,dogs, birds, even a chinchilla he saw someone carrying in a crate. He looked to the other side of the room. Rabbits, more dogs, other smaller animals he couldn't quite make out as they were hiding in the back of their little crates. He shifted and cast another glance at the veterinarians door.

Matthew listened a moment then saw her go get some water. "Well, it's not just you. You have me."'Matthew said smilling. Matthew knew her family was confusing a lot, and frustrating. Mathew felt his phone buzz, it was his sister Mia. 'where are you?!' she asked. Matthew rolled his eyes to himself, texting back. 'here.' he shut his phone, he didn't want his attention anywhere else. "So are you going to the big championship game tonight?" he asked.

Emily smiled and hugged him lightly."of course I am. I wouldn't miss it for anything. Oh and thanks Matt that really means a lot. I love you so much...was that your sister?" She teased lightly. She blushed deeply and shook her head. She kissed his cheek then glanced around. Then just held him tightly. She was super happy with him she didn't know what she would do without Matt to be honest. Her family hadn't really ever been there for her so for him to be there meant a lot.
