Seeing that Magdelana was in the institute, he had decided that maybe he should venture out of his room. He moved to the door and put a hand upon the handle. For a moment, he hesitated, then pushed it open. No one stood outside which surprised him. Wasn't someone supposed to be guarding him? But then, they didn't think he was going to move from his room did they? He shrugged and set off down the corridor. He decided to head for the library thinking that he could maybe talk to Reiven or something.

I pick out a book and sat down to read, thinking about Charlie

The door to the library opened, then closed with a slight bang. Charlie headed down a rowbof shelves, not really paying any attention to the books that surrounded him. He spotted Reiven - the boy gave him a wary look and disappeared behind another bookshelf. Charlie shrugged and continued on his random walk through the forest of books.

I stiffen after i hear the library doors close and close my book lightly, standing up

He walks along, footsteps almost silent against the wooden floor - lost in thoughts that swam around his head. He turned a corner and pretty much crashed into Magdelana

I drop the book as Charlie rammed into me and give a small gasp of surprise. i almost say sorry, but freeze as i see who it is
