No Grandmother, the rash is not caused by sun block or something along those lines. It is the chlorine in the pool, we have gone through this before. One year during the summer when I swam quite a bit I had the same kind of rash. Why else do you think I hose off after I go swimming and then head upstairs for a shower? It is not to make the drought worse, it is an attempt to prevent this from happening.
