Nineteen : : Empath : : Christopher Storms : : In Jamestown Coffee Shop

Chris just watched the exchange carefully and awkwardly. He didn't like how it was all working out. First death threats and then peace offerings? Talk about gross. This was just going to end up some weird love story. Blech. He shook his mind to clear the thoughts, they were pretty lame thoughts, admittedly. "Well this has been a fun and eventful evening, but i'm sure we all have places to be before it gets dark, right?"

Cas was still looking in the woods, for a hopeful glance that RJ would be there. He didn't like the fact that some older guy he didn't really know was following her suit, but he ignored the feeling. It was RJ afterall, she could handle herself. Besides, he'd probably done more collateral damage to her recently than she had received....In a while. He blinked when he heard Trisa talk again. He looked up at her in confusion, tilting his head to the side as he always did when he was mentally questioning someone. For a moment, he wondered if he had said anything wrong, but he probably did and there was nothing he could do about it. "Yeah...To sew..." He said awkwardly, as if anything could trigger bad memories. And mostly anything could with rebels, it's not like they come from luxury lives.

Seventeen : : Healer : : Xylina Rachel : : In Rebel Camp

The girl had finally finished stitching the pattern into her old shirt. She lifted up the article of clothing and gave a look of disgust. She couldn't sew to save her life. The pattern was horrific, the spacing too far apart and going through both sides of the shirt at most points, rendering it incapable of being worn. With a loud sigh she threw the shirt on the ground and got up, straightening her ruffled, multi-colored skirt. With a flip of her braid, she ducked out of her tent and looked around. There was no sign of RJ or the boy they had been previously talking to...Marvin-or something of the sorts. She blushed when she though of him dancing, it was just so silly.
She turned her head and saw a girl and a boy talking. She knew him, not really, but he had been with RJ when she blew up the...some Myserian building or something... Rebellious things. It was talked about for a while, but the conversation of it grew old. There hadn't been much action since then, just surviving. Turning her eyes back to the woods, she wondered if she should go for a walk, she hadn't been out of the camp in ages and it was about time she got some exercise.

    Quinn stood, readjusting her shawl. "He's right, we'd better be on our way. Pleasure meeting you, Eric." She said, curious as to the emotion on Christopher's face. He looked almost disgusted, and she wondered what was going through his mind. Why couldn't she have gotten a cool power like mind reading or telephy? But no, dead bodies it was for her. Good for grunt work, bad for company.

Trisa Kallen - age 18 - Rebel Camp - Shifter

Trisa leaned back in her seat, a thoughtful look crossing her face. "I suppose I could try teaching you," she announced after a moment or two of silence. She resumed her sewing, her fingers quick and efficient, as she continued to think. "Whenever you have spare time, I suppose, and there's always clothes to be mended." A small curl appeared at the corner of her lip.

(I won't be on until later this evening. May edit post to be longer, may not...)

"I have spare time now," he replied instantly. Of course he had spare time, he didn't know how to do anything for the rebellion cause. He couldn't hunt, set traps, heal, or anything of the sorts; it was about time he learned something. He watched Trisa's hands for a minute, thinking of how impossible it would be to teach him how to do such a complicated thing. "If you can teach me now."

((Just for later.))

::King Jonathon Jackson:: 34 :: Open & Single :: Unknown :: Castle's private gathering room ::
Jonathon caught the gold in one hand. He studied the lettering on the coin for a few moments before pocketing it. He shrugged. "Like I said, it 'appears' to be your name. But it is not. That is impossible." He stood and patted his suit down. "Well, thank you for returning it. May I show you to the door?" He was ready to get her out of the door as soon as possible. He read her name. It read 'Grimm' but she did not need to know that.

::Erickson Jonathon Lee Jackson: 16 :: Single :: Powerless :: Coffee Shop Jamestown ::
"Oh," Eric said. Obviously, they would all have to separate at some point. He felt the disappointment deep within his stomach. "Right..." They really did scare him but somehow he wanted to sit and talk to them both, especially now that it seems they weren't threatening each other's lives.

He stood up and threw a small pouch on the table. It jingled as it reached the wood. Within the small pouch was coins to pay for the breakfast and more. Whoever the waitress was, could keep the change. He obviously didn't need it.

He looked up at the two to say his final farewells. "Have a good day." He paused. He still felt guilty for his stares making his worried, even though they threatened him. "If you ever get in a pickle or something with guards or soldiers or whatever... Just throw my name out or something." He had a feeling that these two knew a darker side of Mysery than he did.

::Rose Jane Tyler:: 16 :: Complicated :: Mesmer :: Rebel Camp ::
She followed him down the path. She let the silence engulf them. The breeze created a gentle rustling through the branches, joined by birds singing their tunes. Ahead, she could see the tree the trap was bound to. From where she was, it was hard to tell what, if anything, was caught in it. "It should be right ahead of us," she said to Murph as they got closer. She pointed at the ropes tied within the tree leaves- a cheap camouflage.

[center]::Ivory Ann Dark:: Nineteen :: Single :: Necromancer (with amnesia) :: Central Mysery
Ivory was silent when he finally dropped her hand. In fact, she was a little worried about being around the boy. People would be after him. Is that really what he had said? She wondered if maybe she had heard him wrong. She had a feeling she didn't though. "I'm looking for..." She wasn't sure she could explain why she was looking for it, but hopefully he wouldn't ask. "Well, I need to find some information about my family." That's normal for people to do, right? What did they call it? "I'm interested in..." She paused trying to find the word. "Genealogy. Yeah, the genealogy of my family." She smiled, hoping it would distract him from thinking she was strange.

Trisa Kallen - age 18 - Rebel Camp - Shifter

Her mouth widened into a small smile as she lay aside her sewing and picked up the thin wallet-like needle pouch. She selected one large enough to be easily threaded, but small enough for the linen shirt that was last in her pile. Checking carefully that the tip was sharp, she found the slip of thin wood that held the thin white string. "Do you know how to thread a needle?" she asked, unraveling an arm's-length worth of string before biting it off at the end.

Chris looked up at the boy. So he wasn't just some snobby, rich kid who probably lived a hellish life in a castle. With a father like that what could you expect? He seemed... It didn't matter. "Thank-you, that's very nice. Though I don't know if it can get us very far." His lips twitched at the corner in the beginning of a smile. "I'd invite you with us, but secretes are secretes, besides you didn't plan on staying anyway."

Seventeen : : Pifler : : Castiel Novak : : In Rebel Camp

"Uh..." The boy thought for a moment. He had no idea what she even just said. "No. No I do not." He answered with a goofy smile, one that told you he really didn't understand anything. "Can you show me how to do that too?" He asked, turning his body completely to her, his legs in a criss-cross-applesauce position, ready and eager to learn.

Trisa Kallen - age 18 - Rebel Camp - Shifter

"Alright, no problem." Trisa was actually beginning to warm up to this idea. Maybe with him helping, even if the help only lasted a few days (which was likely), it would give her some more time to herself. Maybe she could even practice- She cut herself off at that thought. No use getting ahead of yourself, she mentally scolded herself, you still have to teach a man how to sew. She held out the needle and thread carefully, not entirely sure where he was positioned at the moment. She could hear his breathing, and now that the worst of the crowd was gone, his heartbeat, so at least she knew she was holding out her hand in the right direction.

    The kid looked slightly disappointed, and it was a shame they would have to leave him, he seemed very interesting. Judging the large sum of money he had given the waitress, he had certainly not inherited any of his father's cruelty. While his offer was kind, Christopher was right, a name drop wouldn't be enough to save them. Sure, she would try it, but wouldn't expect anything to happen. Hearing what Chris was saying to the young prince, she smiled slightly. "But if you were..." she interjected, raising an eyebrow at Eric.

Eric paused. "I'm sure it would help, right?' It was more of a rhetorical question as he mumbled it out loud. "Yeah, I guess I should probably return home," he said quietly, trailing off. Chris listened to the girl. He heard the words she said but then she went quiet. Her intent of the sentence went directly over his head. He stared at her, a little dumb founded. "If I were to what?"
{Bad post, sorry}.
