You must apply for dragons that are up for adoption. And certificate with a green dot will have an adoptable dragon. Click the certificate and use the form provide to apply for the dragon.

The user[s] responsible have been warned. If you did not receive a warning, you're not at fault and not in trouble.
If you did not receive a warning, you're free to use your lineart[s] for future things. If you did receive a warning, if you're caught using the linearts again, you will face increasingly more severe warns and possibly a ban.
This will not be unlocked.
