Kagami vegan to put away her things now that she finished, "What kind of leader would I be otherwise?" She asked with a small smile, she stood up. "But make no mistake," Her green eyes flashed for a split second. "Just because I care doesn't mean I won't kill you if the need arises." She told him, "Same goes for anyone who joins us." She said, "Now rest, I'll make something to eat." She urged him and turned to walk to the kitchen of the hideout.

Kaine glanced back at the girl, wondering if she was here to stay or just visiting. Perhaps she could help him train, without a team or sensei all he had was his sister and father, and both were always busy.

The boy didn't seem frightened at all, being threatened with death his whole life. He simply nodded in agreement before laying back down and cuddling into the couch like it was a teddy bear. Ito let out a content sigh and shut his silver eyes, resting as ordered.

"...I can't. I've let down my guard before, and I was almost killed." Porcelain sighed.

"Then listen with your guard up. The best can make it seem like they're not paying attention when they're soaking in every detail." Ikiro said with a smile.

"Listening doesn't necessarily mean letting your guard down." Ikiro said. "It's more about taking what you're hearing as a whole and noticing the unusual sounds."

"You don't have to focus, just get used to the ambient sound and pick out irregularities." Ikiro said. "It sounds harder than it is."
