Max took an other antidote keeping it in his mouth he quickly kissed Paige on the lips forcing her to drink it then said as he lips had purple marks on them "And this will keep you from getting poisoned from the same thing again and had to be given through one that already is immuned to the poison

Paige coughed again mostly out of shock though this time as Max pulled away, "A little warning would have been appreciated." her cheeks were flushed and Paige hoped it show as much as she thought it did, or at least that Max wouldn't think it was from the kiss.

Max smiled but it instantly disappeared as he quickly got up as he took what looked almost like ninja stars to the back taking one out his eyes widened "N-not these come on you know I'm not immuned to it after giving the antidote to someone else" he said looking in the direction where they had came from "l-lucky for you I actually gave you the antidote with the kiss" he said with a little grin as he fell half on top of her not able to move

Paige yelped as Max fell down on top of her nearly hitting her wound. She wiggled out from under him trying not to move her arm as she did so before crawling over to Max's bag and rampaging around in it as if she might find something to help,
"Ugh...I have no clue what any of this stuff does..." Paige crawled back over to Max silently cursing at him for giving her the antidote when he obviously needed it right then,
"What I can do is stop the bleeding." Paige murmured to herself as she carefully removed the other ninja stars before cutting off his shirt using it to put pressure on his wounds.

Max "There's tow of them take the spare gun I have in the bag it will knock them out for bit, ones on the tree on your left the other is going down the wall right now the stars won't won't be able to hurt you that much and thanks"

Paige grabbed the gun and looked at it with a confused expression unsure of how exactly to use it. She tried to remember how she'd seen Max holding it and turned the gun around in her hand placing a finger on the trigger and pointing it at the man climbing down the wall. Paige shot at him a few times before finally getting a hang of the gun and hitting him.

Max now lying on his side had took his gun and shot the one that was near them and as he fell on the ground Max dropped his gun with a groan of pain "I hate there poison hurts to move at least I'm not getting dizzy like others do"

Paige shot the last guy in the tree before dropping the gun rubbing her shoulder with a wince before leaning over and picking Max up letting him lean on her.
