It has a nice theme to it, but the colors are just a little too off for me, also it is just a titch plain for my tastes. But I love the lineart!

I like the colors; but not really how they're used quq
Something about the placement of the markings feels really imbalanced? Mostly around the ends *Like on the paws; where some edges are smooth and others have that sort of wavy look to them
It fits together a bit weird.
I think it might look a little better maybe if you add a bit of that wavy look to the tail; and maybe add a collar or scarf or something that matches the eye color?
All in all, I don't DISLIKE it; it just feels a little mixmatched
