"Suppose? I am right." Koitail meowed, her tail curling with slight amusement.

Brokendream knew there was no point arguing further. "Tell me if he needs me, then." She stared at her paws with her good eye, but it was clouded with many layers of thick emotion.

Hawkwing's tail lashed back a forth, though what was new about that, as he stood there. He wasn't sure if he should wait for her or leave without her? For once in a long time he felt as though he could be close to someone again.

Koitail washed her face for a second, before letting out a tiny yawn. "Sorry." She murmured. "Just tired." The she-cat stood up and stretched her legs, in an attempt to re-wake herself up. "Food does that to a cat."

Hawkwing looked up at the sky, it was barley past sunhigh. Food or not she shouldn't be too tired right now, "Did you sleep okay last night?" He asked her wondering if she had a thorn in her nest.

"I did until a bit before dawn. Some cat was snoring, but I never figured it out. I went on dawn patrol to avoid waking whoever it was up." Koitail meowed. She turned to wash the patch of fur above her bobtail.

Hawkwing nodded in acknowledgement, though he didn't hear whoever it was either; he was a pretty heavy sleeper. "Hopefully you will be able to sleep better tonight. " He said so he wasn't just sitting there. Looking behind him at Briarstar's den for a brief second then he focused back on Koitail

"I hope so. Next time I hear them I'll give them something to think about!" Koitail's ears flicked, equivalent to a cat flicking or lashing their tail.
