Max obtained his 'accessory' after his bird friend went missing. It was one morning that he woke up to realise his friend had left. It sent urgency through the group of travelling Deerlettes as this was surely going to slow them down. Max shrugged it off at first, even though he knew the bird wouldn't usually go off without him. It was only when the sun began to dip below the horizon once again that the group set out calling for the bird. It took three days to find him. Max claims that he found the bird asleep in a nest with what looked to be a small, yellow bird plush. However, the plush was not what intrigues the Deerlettes, it was the wristband that had an infinity sign on it. They were greatly confused at what this meant and Max still refuses to give an answer today. He believes it is his and his little bird's secret.
