Umbreon: Level 33 moonlight (If you have the tm payback teach it that, if not don't worry about it)
Espeon: level 37 psychic
Jolteon: 45, thunder (or it's a tm to if you have it and shadow ball if you have that tm, if not don't worry about it)
Flareon: 45 flare blitz (Facade/flamecharge if you have that tm)
Eevee: 13 quick attack/37 double edge (substitute if you have the tm)

and my vaporeon is shiny so I'll raise that one. O3O

also I'll give them lucky eggs to hold on to and you don't have to raise all of them.
