Scars are on the other side too, although obviously a little different. c:
As for the eye that is scarred, no, it cannot be open; well, not fully. She can open it to a slit, but the eye itself is blinded.

Besides the ones on the lower back leg, what would be the placement of scars on the other side?

The one on the shoulder/low foreleg or whatnot would have a little bit of overlap [just short].
The one on her haunch/back is extended on the other side and goes down to her stomach line practically.

We really should have done a reference-style thing for her but didn't. :c

As for the mask - I never really decided. I imagine its up to the person; I'm not sure how he would take it on and off. But I mean, he should be able to. xD I doubt its like stuck on his face.
