Hawkwing looked down at Koitail, he decided she wouldn't cause him any trouble or pain, "Yeah, Briarstar wants me to lead a border patrol." He informed her, about to ask if she wanted to bring her apprentice; he then recalled she didn't have one. "I'm gonna keep it small so if you have anyone you would like to bring, go get them now." His tone always came out slightly harsh, even if he never meant it to.

"Okay, I'll be back in a sec'!" Koitail purred, and pranced over to Windstream. "Are you busy? I was wondering if you'd like to go on a patrol with Hawkwing and I." She flicked her tail to the tom.

Loudpaw overheard their conversation,"can I come?" He mewed. He stood up and padded towards them.

Rose was still in the clearing, she had caught a tiny mouse and was eating it.

"Sure!" Koitail purred. "The more the merrier!"

Windstreak climbed up to the tip of her favorite tree, letting the wind blow her fur. She could see everything from up here.

Hawkwing stalked over to the entrance to wait for the cats who were coming on the patrol. His tail was lashing impatiently as he glared at Briarstar's den.

Loudpaw followed, he pranced behind the others. "Everyone ready to see my awesome skills?" He chirped smugly.

Koitail nodded, and headed back to Hawkwing. "I brought Loudpaw." She chirped.

Hawkwing turned around with a slight nod as he headed towards the border, "Great." He grumbled smelling the air on his way.
