I only edited a little, but then had to change a lot because I think everything makes more sense in the same style.
Here are some things to consider:
1.) curve the beak line towards the head
2.) make eyes slightly larger
3.) pay attention to proportions (ex: make baby lines smaller than teen lines)
However, I really love the tail on all of them! It's amazing! The poses are super cute, too!
