Cloud Goats are small goat-like creatures with wings, that live in the sky. They sometimes have powers and control things like a god or goddess. They usually have a power to control something in the sky or something related to that.

Rules
1. You may only have 10 cloud goats to start, so everyone can have one, and artists may have 15.
2. If you are banned from cloud goats. then all your goats will be re-adopted.
3.No bribery for winning a cloud goat.
4. No cloud goat will ever be the same, but they may look slightly alike if there is a runner up.
5. When you add accessories you may not change the design.
