I have to disagree, demand does not matter. Why? Because regular players can not choose the rarities.

Demand and rarity are two different things c: Demand most certainly matters and it has nothing to do with rarity of a pet.

For example, you can have a rare pet that has no demand - thus it will be hard to trade. Have a rare pet with lots of demand? You might even get a very rare pet for it - because of it's demand. that has nothing to do with it's rarity tag but with how much people want it.

There's no really disagreeing with demand, it's there and you can refuse to deal with it or go along with it C: Either is up to you, but trading does become a lot easier when you keep demand in mind!

Now that I'm rereading the guide, I think I get what Lavastar/Lavaclan was trying to say.

There are many things that affect rarity. I'm going to break this down into a few categories: Demand, Type, Date, Special Events, Re-releases, Store Pets, Hoarding & Items.

And

Demand is probably one of the most important thing to consider in rarities, besides their face values.

The word choice ("rarities") can be rather misleading. Maybe a better word would be "values"? Idk

Rarity is how much a pet is worth while demand is how much someone values said pet, so it does matter.

Crappy example: I have a UR Malk and you have a UR Tiger, you want to trade your Tiger for my Malk, which is unfair both rarity and 'demand' wise to you according to the guides counting demand, but to me my UR Malk is worth 10x your tiger so I wont trade it because to me, its worth more ^^

Doesn't actually own a UR Malk, but if I did, then this example would be 100% correct c:

And i agree with nickjr, after reading that line a few times, it's understandable how it can be misread, 'values' fits better ^^

These items can be compared to some of the rarest pets in the game, with the rainbow smoothie being possibly the rarest thing on CS. There are only 10 in existence on CS, and the last trade for one involved two sunjewels (which happen to be the rarest dog on the site).

Do you know anybody who owns one, I know I'd never stand a chance trading for one, I wouldn't even be able to trade for half a sunjewel, let alone two. I just am interested to see what they look like

2. No, those pets arent worth a be or ce galaxy.

3. If you set your help ticket to admin only and adressed it to nick, you will def get him. It takes patience as hes just one person, im sure you can understand he gets a lot of messages and is real busy c:
