Yara smirked at Luke, his back toes twitching. He was slowly getting his movement back, although it didn't help that he had bits of glass stuck in his body. "Alright. I'll teach you how to fight, but not to be a monster."

"Yay!" Luke happily barked, nuzzling Yara.

"Let's see to you, then..." Eternity gave Yara a painkiller, then carefully took the glass out and treated his wounds.

Yara whined slightly, but did nothing else except stare at her with large red, innocent, eyes. He blinked at her, his body relaxed as the needle went in. He was used to it by now...

Luke suddenly fell off the table with a whine- The padding wrapped around his sides were dripping with blood. "Daddy...I-It hurts!" He cried, holding back tears...

Yara once again, shifted his weight to his front, falling off the table himself. He curled up by Luke, whining as he picked the pup up and placed him on the table.

Luke! Chako's mouth was open in a silent scream. The beast mentioned earlier was holding her around the middle.

Eternity quickly changed the padding around Luke's sides and made it tighter for him. "That should do it..." She told him, then gently stroked the pup's fur to calm him down.

Yara smiled at Luke, crooning softly as he raised his head to place his muzzle by his son. "It'll be alright."

"I know..." Luke sighed quietly. "I love you daddy..." He cuddled up to Yara and looked up at him, half sad and half happy...
