She listened to his words. "Hmm... sorry 'bout that..", she said, as if it was her fault. "But if it is inevitable, truly inevitable.. why don't you just embrace it instead of being a recluse?" She suggested, now raising an apple that had appeared in her hand to hermouth to take a bite. She stopped, looking up at him. "Oh sorry.. want some?", she asked, finding it rude to eat in front of others and not offer them some first.

Drake dismissed the thought. "I find it more efficient to just avoid people. And no, I'm good," he said.

She nodded. "Alright then... would you like me to leave then?", she asked, taking a bite now of the apple, wiping a bit of the juice from her chin as she lowered the fruit again.
