She crossed her arms, hip jutting out to the side a bit. "You look lonely", she said simply. "Besides, you are rather fascinating.. not like anyone else. Guess you could say I am observing you.", she said and snapped, a clipboard and pencil appearing in her hands, thick glasses now over her eyes as she jotted down some notes.

She let go of the pen and it turned into a fancy red feather quill as it continued to write for itself, the notebook now hovering in the air. She looked at him, pushing the glasses up her nose. "Why do you care?", she asked. "Not that it involves you... oh wait, it does.", she said with a cheeky grin and snapped her fingers, the book and quill disappearing in a puff of blue smoke. "Why are you a recluse, may I ask?"

"Because people inevitably hurt and leave you. It's better to just avoid them," he said, his face emotionless.
