Auberon rushed to cover his legs, not yet ready to let Amber see his body's state of being. "Amber? Who said you needed an invitation to come in? The door is always open for you." Well, at least there'd be one thing brightening his day. Though he'd probably end up discussing what Hanji had said sooner or later. THAT was not a situation he was looking forward to.

Amber stepped inside silently, she went and stood next to auberon. She looked at him with wide eyes, then began to laugh lightly. "I cut so many out, but all haha were dead. Ahahaha over fifty titans not a single living soul, no heart beats" her laughter slowly turned to sobs, "I tired so hard, but nothing. I got your leg but they still couldn't save it" she sobbed and collapsed on Auberon's chest. She held his chest tightly as she sobbed.

Auberon held her close with one arm, putting his chin on top of her head. "Don't cry, Cinderella. It's just a leg, and I will walk again. It'll just be a while before they let me back onto the battlefield. Besides," he said, lifting Amber's chin gently to look into her eyes, "I'd gladly give up my leg and my life if it meant I had the chance to know you."

Hiku - I branch off from the others a bit and into the forest I really felt like a toy.. That's all I was to her.. And I didn't want to be a toy.. I couldn't keep doing this.. being her 2nd when she was my first..
