what wish is in the jar?
The wish in the jar came from a little girl on the coast of Seattle, Washington. Her father disappeared on a ship a few years ago and got stuck in a hurricane. Her wish was that he would come back safe and sound. The jar is so large because it is a pure-hearted wish, not something greedy like all of the money in the world. Selene finds the jar hard to deal with, since it's so large, but she keeps it with her always. To me, this symbolizes that even if hope is weak for the sailor to come home, the little girl still believed it to be possible.

what wish is in the jar? a little child was injured in a car accident and wished to be a boat captain if he lived. he put all of his heart into this wish, which resulted in the wish being incredibly large. kenpo granted the boy a quick recovery so his dream could be a reality.
