Looking down at his folded hands on his lap, he adjusted his position against the wall. He thought back for a moment of the days events leading to this moment and how Nadia could have gotten, not just himself, but herself killed. "Sometimes ya gotta go the distance to help a stranger no matter what obstacles lay ahead." Taking off his hat he set it upside down nest to him and rubbed a dirty hand through his hair. It had been a few weeks since he had taken a good long shower. Most times it was just pouring a cup of water on his head to help with the stench of himself. Looking at his cloths he finally looked to Nadia. They were both covered in dry blood. "I'll see if Akira has any cloths laying around." With a smile he stood leaving his hat and walked into the other room. Akira was hard at work trying to get the stew heated up. In the corner was a small pile of cloths. Not the best selection but it was better than dried blood making the cloths stiff. Digging through the pile he found a decent shirt for himself and a better one for Nadia. He missed doing the laundry especially after rodeos. Caked on mud would not come out for weeks and the smell was just as bad. Silently laughing to himself he slowly walked back into the other room and handed Nadia the clean shirt. "It may not be the right size but its better than dried blood," It was getting easier and easier to talk to her even though he knew nothing about her.

watch out for the devil in those angel eyes---you won't know I was always there till I'm gone.
I don't need the noise or trouble other people bring--nobody cares about what I've done; why should I care what you think?!
