Looking up at the moon, a smile crossed Petalfur's face. "Want to go for a swim?" She asked

"Sounds nice," the dappled gray Tom replied cheerfully.

Running towards the lake Petalfur flicked her tail, hoping he would follow her. As she ran a laugh escaped her lips, seemingly floating over the territory.

Pebblefoot darted after her, beginning to laugh. He leapt at the bank, plunging into the cool water.

Running full speed Petalfur jumped out as far as she could. Resurfacing closer to the tom she smiled, her eyes glittering.

Pebblefoot laughed and rolled around on the water, purring.

Laughing Petalfur splashed him, before diving and swimming as far as she could.

Pebblefoot chuckled then stilled, paddling softly. Suddenly he dove. Later he resurfaced, carp in his jaws.

Petalfur smiled, "Nice catch, maybe we should go back to shore so you can eat it" She said, the playful look still in her eyes.
