WHY. Ten bucks the pet I traded her for is still a VR. -small sobs-

And my rare trading ground? LITERALLY CUT IN HALF.

I honestly don't think a lot of this is justified.

Heck, I'm surprised the Shima Longtail didn't go uncommon with all this.

I'm actually starting to wonder if something is wrong with the rarities. No new pets are coming into the system like during the rerelease, so how exactly is this happening? I've yet to see an explanation that actually makes sense...

Rarities are done manually, so no it can't be a glitch in the system. A lot of people are off from school this summer, plus I know of a lot of users who only come on for events so it is highly likely to be just that.

I thought they would always stay the same, considering they're bought with real money?

I feel a little bit like scammed almost o_____o We gave real money for a few pets that are only rare now. I don't get why. And all the drops of the rare and VR pets has hurt my two friends, like pretty bad. One of my friends has like 0 left because of rarity changes. Now I do get that some people really only get on when its an event, or only play when schools out, but this hurts some peoples fodders, like bad o_o I'm hoping after Christmas the flower will go back to OMGSR and not many will be adopted uwu I'm a bit upset.. :shock:

I've noticed that the older Malk foxes have gone down in rarities. I had two rares from 2010, but now they're uncommons. Oh well ^u^ guess I'll just have to see what happens next!

Why do you feel like that?

Did they tell you you'd get very rare pets for your money?

I don't think so... you got what they told you: one store pet or a set of them. Rarity isn't calculated any differently.

Everything will go up eventually anyway, so really it's completely pointless to worry about it. Plus demand is really the larger factor in trading everything, so a lot of the trades are still fair.

And also, these discussions should probably be happening in the Upcoming Rarity Changes Discussion thread because this thread isn't used for discussing, it's only used for posting pictures of rarity changes. And the front page says "PLEASE DIRECT ALL DISCUSSIONS YOU HAVE TO THIS THREAD." so these discussions probably belong on the Upcoming Rarity Changes Discussion thread.

Also, there is a rule that says "When a pet changes rarity, please don't complain about how you'll never get said pet."
This should probably work backwards too. Don't complain about how pets are now "too easy to get" or more common.

Just be glad that we have staff that are willing to do this for us and keep the rarities updated.

I feel kinda cheated now since for most of my rare pets I got them by drawing art for people and now the rarity goes down.. ;3;
Plus corgi store pets went to rare now ; i'm not complaining much as it was a gift and i'm thankful for any type of gift but still I feel sorry for those who bought it. I just really hope the robot cats aren't a disappointment as I spent all my c$ on one
