Time for Summer!! (Accepting and New!)

"This may be weird to ask but do you want to go get smoothies?" Lauren asked shyly, blushing slightly. "I'll pay." Lauren offered, looking into her lime green eyes kindly.

"id love to" i smiled shyly. "And okay, if you want..." But really i was ready to pay, i had alreayd a plan in mind

Lauren blushed and hooked her arm up with Evelyn's. "Lets go get smoothies!" She began to run down the sidewalk, pulling Evelyn along with her. She glanced back at the girl, blushing. She's so cute and nice.. But I bet she doesn't like girls like that..

"Alrighty!" I ran along side her, once we arrived at the (smoothie shop? Cafe? Stand? XD) i put my book in my school bag and take out a five dollar bill, enough for both our smoothies, but hide it from Lauren.
"What do you want?" I ask casually

Lauren bit her lip. "Blueberry blast!" Lauren answered. She took her wallet out and got the money for the smoothies. "Let me pay for it Evelyn." She said and handed her the money. "I'll go find some seats for us okay." Lauren walked out of the line to find a good booth.

I ordered myself a peach smoothie but refused her money, i gave the five dollar bill and walked to Lauren. "Found a good seat?" I ask calmly with the two smoothies in my hands.

"Mhmm!" Lauren smiled, patting the spot next to her. "Best booth in the cafe." She smiled happily at her, her grey eyes glowed. She took her smoothie. "Thanks Evelyn." Lauren nodded.

"You really expected me to let you pay?" I smirked taking a sip of my smoothie

Lauren frowned and sipped hers. "I want to pay though.." She said, hugging her. "How good is your smoothie?" She smiled happily and poked her nosem
