Very brief description- black with few grey freckles and orange/yellow eyes. Kinda small and skinny and silent coming from being born and you could guess. Kinda cowardice and never risk his life for others. Strength being his size because he can go where others can't he can go where others can't and a good climber along with being-wait for it-....*looks at watch* ...silent.

I was thinking maybe Silentstep-Silentbird-Silentshadow but Silentstep is my favorite so far

Frankly, I would suggest an alternate prefix. I feel like I should add up Silent- as well to the list, but it hasn't really popped up on this here thread, so I'm not sure.
A preferred name (and by that I mean traditional) would note his color, not his silence. Kinda defeats the purpose of going unnoticed when your name screams "subtle and sneaky", yeah?
As for a suffix, I would go with -tail for him, as it suggests a very agile, careful cat. My recommended names are Crowtail, Soot-tail, and Night-tail. Crow- and Soot- for the black, and Night- with the bonus of sounding ~~~mysterious and sneaky~~~. I don't put much stock by connotations when it comes to prefixes, but I figure that would matter to you.

Name: Falconface.
Description: Gray-blue tabby tom with a white underbelly and amber eyes.
Important Notes: He is considered very handsome, but he's also protective and clever.

Rate: 10/10
Type: Traditional
Reasoning: His name fits him perfectly! As cleverness doesn't have a name (for a few reasons, but I won't divulge here), his attractiveness would be the thing to name him for.
Alternative Name: None!
Notes: None.

Alright, (wow I can't get a normal name to save my life) I understand ,but an acception for that suffix could be that he is mute?

In traditional naming, no.

Things like being clever or being mute really don't matter much in warrior life unless they're being used for something. The concept behind suffixes, at least here, is that the cat has proven themselves to be skilled in a way that will help the Clan (Stoneclaw can defend her Clan and its borders, Lilytail will use his agility to get a good leverage point or catch sleeping birds) or have a personality that ultimately proves helpful or important (Firecloud is gentle and patient, which helps soothe a tense atmosphere, and Stormheart uses her strong will and fierce devotion to the right thing to keep the Clan's morality on the right side). A cat's intelligence or sensitive hearing, to warriors, doesn't mean anything until it's properly being used to benefit the Clan.

So a cat wouldn't be named Blackmute or Novoice, but if they used their muteness as a way to attack enemies silently and quickly or catch a lot of prey, they would be called Sootwhisker or Rookclaw.

I suggest against it. Blaze- is covered on the front page, but I'll rehash it here: Blaze- is an unnecessary addition to fire-based prefixes, of which we only need one, Fire-. Flame- and Blaze- aren't needed since we already have a prefix describing that very thing. More poetic, sure, but I ain't in charge of lyricals here.

I was thinking more like the marking but I guess cats really don't call it the same thing we do...

Names for specific markings are also advised against, actually. The general rule is for overall color, not a few specific marks. If you name a cat Whitefoot for their white foot/feet, and line up a bunch of cats to find Whitefoot, you're going to have a hard time finding him because roughly half of those cats will have white feet. That's why we go for general color - it's a lot easier when you know that you're searching for a black cat named Starling-, who probably has a white chest.
